A YOUTH  accused of dealing €300 worth of cannabis herb has had his case remanded for hearing by Tallaght Court.  The court had heard it will be alleged that Ciaran Toland was found in possession of cannabis herb worth €330. 
Toland aged 23 with an address at Killinarden Heights Tallaght is accused of simple possession of cannabis herb and possession of cannabis herb for sale or supply on June 24, 2011. 
Toland's Solicitor said his client was pleading not guilty.  Judge Coughlan remanded Toland on bail to a date in June for hearing.
