HAVING no insurance saw a man jailed for four months and put off the road for 30 months by Tallaght Court.  Sean Haide aged 27 with an address at Cloonmore Crescent, Tallaght, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and no driving license on July 31st 2011 and again on August 1, 2011, both in Tallaght .  Judge John Coughlan heard that Haide had been stopped by Gardai on both these dates and later failed to produce his documents.  The Court heard that Haide had four previous convictions for no insurance. 
Judge Coughlan sentenced Haide to four months jail and disqualified him for driving for 30 years.
