Darragh Heavey (25), a father of one, is charged with trespassing at Minister for Justice Alan Shatter’s Home, on the 18th of March last, at Delbrook Manor, Ballinteer, County Dublin, with intent to commit theft of two watches of unknown value belonging to Mr Shatter.
At the time of the alleged incident, no one was at home, as Mr Shatter was representing the Government for St Patrick’s Day in Australia. The case was adjourned in Mr Heavey’s absence by Judge Clare Leonard in Dun Laoghaire District Court and ordered that it resume at Cloverhill District Court on the 29th of May, when the book of evidence is to be served.
